1. Ownership and Responsibility (or Property and Responsibility)

The place slbsneakers.pt (hereinafter referred to as "site”) is a domain for online sale of customizable products, managed by MANIA4 - Business & Technology, Lda, and referred to as "Mania4”. Following terms and conditions regulate the online sales for products sold by MANIA4. Entering into a purchase and sale contracts for SLB by Sneakersmania products (hereinafter referred to as "products”) presupposes that the buyer acknowledges and accept these Terms and Conditions, hereinafter referred to as "customer”.

2. Registration

Before placing an order, customer registers in the database of the site by filling out a form. After registration, the customer can log in and access their personal account. Personal data is handled in accordance with the MANIA4 Privacy Policy.

3. Privacy and Cookies

Issues of protection of customer privacy and personal data, as well as the use and management of cookies by the site, are present in the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, respectively, both available on the site.

4. Purchase

After login, the customer can select the products and put them in the online shopping cart as follows:

  • Selection, through search icons or menus, of the desired product (s);
  • Addition of the selected product (s) to the "Shopping cart";
  • Indication of "Place of Delivery", "Place of Billing" and "Method of Payment";
  • All purchase details will be made available on the website, allowing the identification and correction of any errors and will be asked to accept the terms and conditions of purchase;

  • Prices listed on the site include Value-added Tax (VAT) at the applicable legal rate. The original value of the products (VAT not included), the total value of VAT and the value of the shipping costs are detailed on the invoice sent to the customer together with the products and by digital format.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Product Variations

Products may exhibit slight natural variations in texture and hue, and there may still be slight colour differences according to customer monitor settings. Such aspects are qualitatively tolerable and not considered defect/ imperfection.

9.2 Misuse

MANIA4 is not responsible for any damages suffered by the customer that may result from any unauthorized use of the site servers and / or all information and data hosted therein.

9.3 Inherent Risks to Digital Media

MANIA4 is not responsible for damages caused by unlawful activity by third parties on the site, including the spread of computer viruses, unauthorized access to personal data and account appropriation. By using our site, you agree to take such risks inherent in the digital / online environment.

9.4 General Limitations

In any event the responsibility of MANIA4 is limited to the value of the product supplied.

10. Confirmation or cancellation of orders

10.1. MANIA4 reserves the right to refuse any order, in particular in the following situations:

  • The order is flagged by the website's security systems as incorrect, irregular or susceptible to fraud;
  • When the validation of the payment of the order is not received within a period of 5 working days following the request made by the buyer;
  • When it is not possible to deliver the order to the address provided by the buyer;
  • If there is an error in the presentation of the price of the product (s).

10.3. Requests for custom items that are in preparation or already delivered cannot be cancelled.
